The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included. These prices include the costs of processing and shipping. In the event of order towards a country other than metropolitan France you are considered the importer of the products concerned. ARTICLE 3 - SHIPPING / DELIVERY
The items ordered are shipped to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. The products are shipped on average within 72 hours after receipt of the order and its regulations. In case of unusual delay, due to a shortage of stock for example, an email will be sent. The films heated custom made are shipped usually within 3 to 5 working days.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT
The regulation of your purchases is made in advance, at the time of order, by cheque, bank transfer, or credit card on our secure space.
ARTICLE 5 - SATISFIED OR REFUNDED.
You have a period of 48 hours from receipt to return the product that does not suit you. The expenses of sending and return will be then at your charge. Only the price of or bought products will be refunded. Returns are to be made to the same address as the original order. We commit ourselves to refund you, or exchanging you the products not corresponding to your order (defective or non-conforming). These refunds will be made within a period less than or equal to 15 days after the receipt of the products by our care. The refund will be made by bank cheque addressed to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address. No sending in against refund will be accepted, whatever the motive.
No product made-to-measure in the framework of the guarantee of the products can be exchanged or returned is in a period of 7 days, or within a period of 100 days (in accordance with the CHATEL law, which excludes in particular any product made-to-measure).
Manufacturing tolerances : because of the vagaries of the individuals of the manufacturing process, it is granted a tolerance of plus or minus 2 cm for the length of the films heated.
