Secure payment

Payment is made by the customer when the order is placed. At no point may the sums paid be treated as a deposit or a down payment.

All orders are payable in euros. The following means of payment are available: credit or debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

1. Card payment

Visa, Mastercard and Carte Bleue are accepted.

Card payments are processed by PayPlug, a payment service provider. Card details are entered directly in the provider's secure environment, over an encrypted connection. Ceilingo never has access to the card number and does not store it.

Depending on the issuing bank, a strong authentication check (3-D Secure) may be required to complete the transaction.

The account is debited when the payment is validated, which triggers preparation of the order. Where a delivery is split, only the products actually shipped are debited.

2. PayPal payment

Customers who hold a PayPal account log in from the payment page and pay the full amount of the order, including delivery charges.

Only orders paid in full are validated.

3. Bank transfer

The bank details required for the transfer are provided when the order is placed and repeated in the confirmation e-mail. The order number must be given as the transfer reference.

The order is prepared once the transfer has been received in Ceilingo's account. The full amount must be paid in a single transfer: payment by instalments is not possible by this means.

4. Transaction security

The whole website is served over HTTPS. Payment data passes exclusively through the payment providers' servers and is never stored on Ceilingo's servers.

The processing of personal data linked to an order is described in our charter for the protection of personal data. The applicable terms of sale are set out in our terms and conditions of sale.
