Why a fitter opens a showroom

A heated stretch ceiling is not sold from a catalogue. The client has to stand under the fabric, look up, feel the heat arrive with no air movement. No photograph and no data sheet replaces those thirty seconds, and that is what this kind of place exists for.

What a sample does not show

A piece of fabric held in the hand gives the colour and the feel, nothing more. It says nothing about the flatness achieved over five metres, about how light reflects on it, or about the sensation in a whole room.

What is shown first

A complete room, not a demonstration panel. Ideally a room where people are actually received, heated by the system, with its built-in light fittings and its perimeter details visible.

The role of the open plenum

Many showrooms keep an area where the insulation and the heating elements stay visible behind a partial fabric. It is the only place where a client can see what disappears forever on the day of fitting.

A tool for professionals too

An architect, a dryliner or an electrician who specify the system need to have touched it. The showroom serves as much to train the local network as to receive private clients, and often more so in the long run.

What it demands of the firm

Premises, time and an exemplary ceiling. The constraint is real, but a showroom pays for itself on the jobs it closes with no technical discussion, where every quotation previously required several appointments.

The network is presented on the heating ceiling installer page, and the system on heated radiant stretch ceiling.
