What the trades who fit our systems say

What an installer says and a manufacturer cannot

The real duration of a job, the difficulties met on an old substrate, how clients react after two winters. A supplier knows its product, a fitter knows the reality on site, and those are two different kinds of information.

The first question to ask a fellow professional

How long the first job took, and how long the fifth takes. The gap between them measures the learning curve, and it is the most useful information for a firm hesitating to start.

The second

What was learned the hard way. Every experienced installer has a precise memory of a sizing error or a rushed survey, and those accounts are worth more than a manual because they carry a consequence.

The third

How the service is sold. The pitch that works with a private client is not the one that works with an architect, and a colleague who has been selling for three years has already made that distinction.

What a testimonial does not replace

A study. A successful job elsewhere says nothing about yours, because the losses, the height and the use differ. A testimonial reassures about the method, it sizes no project.

Why these accounts are published

Because they can be verified. A named installer, in a given region, can be contacted, and that possibility is worth more than an anonymous quotation, including when the wording is measured. A testimonial with no name and no place cannot be checked, and a professional reader knows that before even reading it.

The network is presented on the installer page, and training on the training page.
