A showroom is not a home

In a kitchen display, visitors stand, walk about, stop for a few minutes and move on. Nobody settles near a source long enough to warm up from it, so comfort has to be identical everywhere.

The walls belong to the products

A showroom sells by occupying every available wall with layouts. A radiator there costs not its price but the linear metre of display it forbids, which completely changes the economic calculation.

Light as an associated constraint

A kitchen display lives by its lighting. The ceiling concentrates the downlights, the tracks and the supplies, which means the lighting layout and the heating layout are decided together and not one after the other.

The ceiling as commercial surface

A stretched fabric offers a perfectly flat surface, adjustable in height and available matt or lacquered. It therefore serves the image of the shop at the same time as it heats it.

Long opening hours

A shop heats six days a week with doors opening constantly. A radiant emitter does not lose its benefit at every opening, unlike a system that heats the volume of air.

The result, with no visible equipment

No grille, no appliance, no casing. For a space whose function is to show products, the complete absence of visible equipment is an argument in its own right. The visitor notices the light, the furniture and the ceiling height, and never the heating, which is exactly the aim in a display.

The course of the job is told on the starting page, and the execution on the fitting page.
