Replacing heating films under a roof

After a failure of ESWA heating films more than 30 years old, a client asked Ceilingo to replace the installation.

They were looking for a heating film that was of a higher standard and flame retardant.

This job had the advantage of being reachable directly from the loft.

The trades our client brought in lifted the existing insulation, which had stopped doing its job, cleaned the top of the plasterboard, and rolled out the eFilm Pro series heating films.

Once connected to the Black Edition wifi and 4G thermostat, the carbon heating films were covered with a thick layer of blown mineral wool to cut the thermal bridging.
